  • Project location and the scope you are responsible for
  • Your deadline and preferred estimate format

You receive

Scope, format, price and delivery date are confirmed in the quote before work starts.

Process

How a request works

  1. Send the request

Use the estimate request form to tell us the project type, location, trades and deadline.

  2. Review and quote

We look at the documents, ask about anything unclear, and confirm the scope, format, price and delivery date of the estimate before work starts.

  3. Takeoff and pricing

Quantities are measured from the drawings and priced for the project location. Assumptions, exclusions and the pricing basis are written into the estimate.

  4. Delivery and questions

You receive the estimate in the agreed format. Questions and revisions are handled as agreed in the quote.

FAQ

Common questions

What documents do you need?

Ideally the full drawing set for the trades being priced (architectural, structural, and civil where relevant), the specifications or finish schedules, any addenda, and a note of what is in and out of your scope. A geotechnical report helps for earthwork and foundations.

Can I get quantities without pricing?

Yes. Many subcontractors and suppliers apply their own rates and only need the takeoff. Say “quantities only” in your request and list the units you price in.

How much does an estimate cost?

Each estimate is quoted individually after we review the documents. The price depends on the size and complexity of the project, the number of trades, how complete the drawings are, whether you need pricing or quantities only, and the deadline. There is no fixed price list.
