How we estimate interior finishes
This covers the finish trades not handled under drywall, flooring or painting: suspended ceilings, wall tile, wall coverings and paneling, toilet partitions and accessories, and other specialties.
Ceilings come from the reflected ceiling plan; specialties are counted from plans and enlarged toilet room details. Each is listed by product so it can be priced by the appropriate subcontractor or supplier.
