How we estimate material suppliers projects
Suppliers and distributors often receive plans from contractors and need to turn them into a priced material list quickly. We prepare material takeoffs by product, in the units you sell in, so they can be loaded straight into your quote.
Takeoffs are limited to the product lines you specify — for example lumber, drywall, roofing or masonry — and list the assumptions used for waste and coverage.
