How we estimate interior fit-out projects
Fit-out estimates cover the work inside an existing shell: selective demolition, new partitions, doors, ceilings, finishes, millwork and specialties. They are often needed quickly for lease negotiations or landlord work letters.
We separate landlord and tenant scope where the work letter defines it, and list MEP alterations as a separate section so they can be priced by the engineers or trades responsible.
