What this notice covers
This notice explains what happens to information you submit through the contact form and the estimate request form on precisioncosting.com, operated by Precision Costing.
Information we collect
Only what you type into the forms:
- Name and email address (required)
- Company name and phone number (optional)
- The service, project type, country, region, city and approximate size you select or enter
- The project description or message you write
The site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider records standard technical request logs, such as IP address and browser type, to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To read and reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out any estimate you ask us to prepare. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists.
Where it goes
- Your submission is sent by email to our inbox. The email is sent from a server function hosted on Google Cloud (Firebase) through our email provider, Zoho Mail.
- A copy of each submission is stored in a Google Cloud Firestore database so a request is not lost if email delivery fails. The website itself cannot read these records back; only authorised staff can access them.
- The website is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a Google service.
These providers may process data outside your country.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any work that follows. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
