How we estimate landscaping & hardscape
Landscape estimates combine counts (trees, shrubs, fixtures) with areas (sod, seed, mulch, pavers) and lengths (edging, irrigation lines, walls). We take these from the landscape and site plans and keep softscape and hardscape separate.
Plant sizes and container types are taken from the plant schedule, since they drive cost more than plant count alone.
