How we estimate demolition
Demolition estimates depend on what is being removed and what must stay protected. We measure removals from demolition plans by material — partitions, ceilings, flooring, MEP, slabs, structure — and convert them into debris volumes for hauling and disposal.
Hazardous materials abatement is listed separately and priced only where a survey identifies it; it is never assumed into a general demolition figure.
