How we estimate industrial projects
Industrial buildings put most of their cost into slabs, structure and envelope. Large slab-on-grade pours, tilt-up or pre-engineered structures, roof systems and dock equipment are measured in detail, while interior office areas are treated as a separate fit-out.
Process equipment and specialised systems are listed as exclusions unless you supply the design and ask for them to be included.
